PERSONAL LICENSE AGREEMENT:
By downloading a Font Garden font, named FG (name), you agree that the fonts are licensed to you as a single user. If you require a multiple user license or a commercial license (for uses not covered by this agreement), please request a quote from fonts@fontgarden.com.
You have the right:
o To install and use the TrueType font on a single computer.
o To copy and modify the TrueType font for your own personal use.
You do not have the right:
o To share, loan, rent, resell, or distribute the TrueType font.
o To use the TrueType font on more than one computer at a time.
o To make copies of the TrueType font other than for back-up purposes.
o To use the font to produce items, works, designs, websites for profit.
o To copy by electronic means, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the TrueType font for the purpose of resale or distribution.
Commercial and personal license:
In the event that extensions to the above/below-mentioned restriction become necessary, Licensee agrees to purchase an extended license. Contact Ellinor Rapp at fonts@fontgarden.com or the contact form on this site with the number of units and the use for which you desire to purchase fonts. A custom license agreement will be sent to you for approval and acknowledgement.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Font Garden warrants that your TrueType font shall be free from defects for 30 days from the time the font are sent to you. If you detect a problem within 30 days, please contact us by e-mail: fontshop@fontgarden.com or by phone: +1-(347)-408-0712 or +46-733-185462.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Font Gardens sole responsibility to you shall be to abide by the limited warranty as stated above. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Font Garden be responsible for any damages or losses that result from the use of, or inability to use the TrueType font. If any legal action arises out of copyright infringement, Font Garden shall be indemnified and held harmless of any and all costs or damages that you or Font Garden incurs.
COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT:

o To copy and modify the TrueType font for your own personal use.
o To use the font commercially (limitations and exeptions below).
You do not have the right:
o To share, loan, rent, resell, or distribute the TrueType font.
o To use the TrueType font on more than five computers/CPU's at a time.
o To make copies of the TrueType font other than for back-up purposes.
o To copy by electronic means, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the TrueType font for the purpose of resale or distribution.
o To use the font for any magazine/website/software with gambling or adult related content. Use where the font is the main feature. For such use - or if you are unsure if your use is covered by the commercial license, request a quote/more information from fonts@fontgarden.com.
HANDWRITING FONT ORDER TERMS, CONDITIONS & RIGHTS:
If you agree to sell the font submitted in the shop you agree you have the full right to do so, you will have an affiliate account setup for you. You can log in here: www.fontgarden.org/affiliate/affiliates/ to view your current revenu. The share is 25% of the profits and I will add the revenue once a month - you can withdraw your funds when they rise above $25. Payouts by PayPal. Font Garden then is given full rights to the font including copyright. Your font may also be sold at the following sites: myfonts.com and/or fonts.com if your handwriting font turns out good, that would be great news cor you since the volume of fonts sold there are much higher :)
If you order an exclusive font, you own it, you can sell it, you have the exclusive rights to it to get it trademarked, distribute it freely if you wish, the only thing I would like you to keep is the note fonted by Font Garden.in the font information. Your font will be displayed on the latest fonts created page, but it will never be sold. If you don't want your font displayed on the latest fonts created page you have to clearly tell me so. The font is kept by me for backup purposes and if you ever lose your font, you can email at any time and I will send it to you.
EXTRACTED FONTS
You warrants that you have the complete rights to fontify the handwriting. If the person is alive you will need the full acceptance by this person to be able to fontify their handwriting. By submitting your order you certify that you are in your full right to do so and clear Font Garden from any responsibility if any legal action would arise from your submission.
